As an archer myself, any movie with archery in it bugs me, because they never get the technique right. The best one I've seen is, surprisingly, Pixar's Brave.

Anytime a joke drags for over 5 minutes. Anchorman 2 did this and it wasn't even funny. It felt like I was watching a completely different movie! I'm still trying to figure out what the writers were on.

I guess it's debatable if the following are actually mistakes, but more often than not when video gaming is featured in movies, it's done in such a non-authentic way. People just very clearly playing around with the controller in a random manner. Would it be that hard to actually sit down and have a game running for real and film that?

I remember one scene from a movie I can't remember when 2 guys were sitting in a couch playing an FPS on a console, and then when they show the screen, it's not split screen or anything...

An odd observation on my hand, to be sure, but yeah...

You think that's terrible? Do not watch The Wizard.

Twist you just opened my eyes to a whole new world of anger towards movies. Now that you mention it, the dragons in Skyrim are also wyverns.

I don't know of any off the top of my head, but the ones that annoy me the most are continuity errors and visible equipment. :P
