Post My messy Midna art... 0_o
I was bored so I decided to make a Midna picture. It really didn't turn out so well like I thought it would.

I tried to make neon colors but for some reason, it doesn't look right! :x
Also, I'm used to saving my stuff in .gif form so it messed up my picture!

Save as PNG kthx.

Other than that, I love the use of swirls and light effects.

Again, it could use a border... but then again, I'm a bitch for borders :P

Thank you for the suggestion of using PNG!

I think if I add a border to my next picture, it may look better. :maniacal:

Trust me, it will look better. I would take New Layer, zoom in, make a nice one pixel border around the layer. :)

Also, PNG > Gif / BMP / JPG, for such small images. Gif's for animations, and JPG on HQ is for wallpapers and large images ;)... BMP's don't belong. klol

Hey, I like it! The light effects are nice, and as Emkay said a border would look good.
It's not messy at all. It's better than you think it is, trust me :D

PNGs are optional in my opinion. They also take a long time to load and can hurt your internet. If you have a program where you have the ability to change the resolution, save at 300 dpi. That prevents quality loss, and is a slightly smaller file than a PNG. Also if you use photoshop or a similar program, make sure you drag the quality slider to max when saving.

So in my opinion.

PNG - high resolution pictures WITH transparency - 16 million colors
JPG - Pictures or other crap with no transparency - 16 million colors
GIF - small pictures or 'emoticons', animations, or any picture with LESS than 256 colors (otherwise the colors get raped)
BMP - huge file inferior to JPG, not worth using on the internet
TIFF - hurr durr

Mm. I see many flaws, but I also see some talent in there. As FF stated and circled, what the heck is going on there? White. Liiiine. WHITE. LIIIINE. Also, I wouldn't fully blur Midna out of the blue like that. For future, I'd dupe the layer, blur the bottom layer, and set the layer mode of the top one to Hard Light. It's what I do. A lot. ;)

Anyway, I quite like it! Though, your first one is better than this one. Just thought I'd get that out there.

The White line was supposed to be a rip. :| Anyway, thanks for the complements.
I LUV COMPLEMENTS!!!
Also, I wanted to blur Midna like that so no complaining about it.

Oh, and one more thing... I FORGOT THE BORDER! X3
