Post Re: Pokemon Thread V3
I remember going all over the place in Sapphire trying to catch Latias for the first time. What a pain in the ass that was.

I actually got knee-deep into pokémon in the DP generation, where I used the elite four surf glitch on the first edition japanese diamond that gets you event pokémon without an AR. And boy, did I feel so good when I finally caught Spiritomb. Again, a pain in the ass, but it was worth it. Rotom was a weird one, too. And I also remember trying to catch Giratina, and the last ball I had--a regular pokeball--actually caught him. He had 2 HP left.

My favorites are Dragonite, Salamence, Scyther, Shiny Rayquaza, Flygon, and Metagross, but not all in one team (what a disaster that would be ). As you can see, I love dragon types despite the fact that they are prone to weaknesses and stat imbalance.

Dragon Pokémon are pretty good. For an example, my Rayquasa at lvl 100 have 400 in attack and around 350 in special attack. Giratina and Dragonite aren't bad

Dragonite is like a tank. When it goes high level enough, it starts to get impossible to kill. It's almost like a Snorlax who just uses rest every turn possible when at L. 100.

Also, I just have to share my Shiny Mew.

I just used my incredible hunting abilities a gameshark on my emulator that forced the game to spawn Shiny Mews on my every encounter. It's impossible to get a Shiny Mew in Pokémon Silver if you don't get it in some other Pokémon game somehow and trade it back to Silver. Though, I did level my Mew up legit and I caught it on level 3. I just had to get a Mew because it was my favorite Pokémon.

I'm not a good trainer but my best are:
Rayquasa 100
Mewtwo 100
Giratina 100
Empoleon 100
Luxray 100
Lucario 100
Palkia & Dialga 90
Koygre & Groudon 80-90
and Rattata 30
My Emerald is corrupted so sometimes the game is deleted. If not, I would have another bunch of 100 levels Pokémon. But that's life. When it comes to games, I've got
Sapphire
Red
Blue
Yellow
Crystal
Silver
Emerald
Diamond
Platinum
SoulSilver
Black
Stadium 1
Mystery Dungeon Explorers of Darkness
You sound better than me! The ones I stated previously are my highest level ones... And I only have Ruby, Fire Red and Mystery Dungeon Blue Rescue team... :? But I haven't used cheats on any of them...
I suppose I'm not that huge of a Pokémon fan - definitely compared to some of you guys. Also...

My best team I've made is

Metagross
Gengar
Cloyster
Terrakion
Thundurus
Blissey

It may seem completely unbalanced but trust me. I love this team to pieces. I've taken third at locals with it simply because of how much it shits and giggles on most teams I've encountered.

Gengar is pretty much the man. As long as you have him in your team, your team has already won the contest of the most epic team.
