lol, nice, Atrum. Glad to see you got your problem fixed. Something similar happened with our PSP- the latch to hold the UMD case closed was a little lower than it should have been. The case would continually open when the slightest bit of pressure was put on it, making it unplayable. It was assumed to have been permanently damaged by family members. That is, until I decided to give it a look yesterday (finally). Everything appeared intact from where I stood (no obvious bends, no snapped plastic, etc), so I just pushed the notch up a bit to test it.

Works perfectly now.

.......The headphones........

I hardly believe this. But I have to, and it's good that you can listen to music again.

I am hoping that's it. I fell asleep with my iPod on and 2 hours later it was still playing. Hopefully that's it and I wasn't just getting lucky by it not pausing for that long.

I'm having "issues" with mine.

I've recently switched to WinAmp which I now use to work my iPod Shuffle 2G.
Problem is, I haven't figured out how to change the advanced title formatting to display "Title - Artist".
My songs on my iPod are usually ordered by title, now, they're all over the place.

Anyone have the code for this?

Winamp goes by Artist - Title, I'm afraid. You'll have to edit the metadata of each file or album I'll send you a pm on how to do it. ;)

That's annoying.
In some areas of Winamp, it shows Title - Artist.
Others it does Artist - Title.

The iPod area orders it in the preferred fashion but it doesn't seem to transfer the order to the iPod.
